Dustin Anderson — VP Business Development
Dustin Anderson was born and bred into real-estate with his uncle being one of the top residential real estate agents in the United States. Dustin has 25 years of experience in sales and 14 years of real estate experience. He holds active broker licenses in both California and Florida. Dustin realizes that success comes from listening to client’s needs and providing service based on those needs. “It’s not just another property, to me. Every client has different needs and I take pride in providing outstanding service in helping each client achieve their business goal.”
Alejandro Szita — VP Operations
Alejandro Szita comes from a background of engineering and finance prior to specializing in commercial real estate. A native of Chile, he attended the prestigious Lycée Antoine-de-Saint-Exupéry of the Alliance Française in Santiago before studying civil engineering. Thanks to his background and experiences, he is fluent in both English and Spanish, and proficient in French. He moved to the United States in 1994 and spent five years in finance and private placement investments before transitioning to commercial real estate. He has over 13 years of experience as a commercial real estate agent in Southern California and is familiar with all aspects of commercial transactions, from large institutional purchases to small business leases.
Brandie Vaughan — Assistant VP Operations
Brandie has over 15 years of experience in marketing, administration and finance and is a trained real estate underwriter. She provides research, documentation and administrative assistance.
